I-Ia combination, this plate block comprises Positions 84-86/94-96 with Position 95 and 96 Ty. I stamps, all others in the piece are Ty. Ia, couple natural inclusions in top row

FINE-VERY FINE. A GREAT 20TH CENTURY PLATE BLOCK RARITY AND SELDOM OFFERED IN SUCH A LARGE MULTIPLE. THIS IS CERTAINLY MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN TYPICAL SEEN.
