Mint N.H., magnificent perfectly balanced margins, deep rich color on fresh paper, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $1,200.00 as 98, unpriced in higher grade), according to the P.S.E. Population Report this is one of only two Mint N.H. 398's to have been awarded this lofty grade with none higher (there is one 100J, but it is hinged)
