Block of six, with private rouletting on all sides, bright color, few h.r. reinforcing some roulettes, Very Fine, with one page of text by Herman Herst explaining that these are genuine stamps privately perforated by J. Hull Wilson of a bank in Pittsburgh Pa. The bank siezed them as collateral for an unpaid loan, rouletted them, and used them on mail
