2c Lincoln, U.S. Automatic Vending Co. Ty. III, Experimental 12.3 Perforation (368). Guide line pair, lightly hinged a few insignificant reinforced perfs not mentioned on accompanying certificateFINE. A RENOWNED RARITY AMONG PRIVATE VENDING MACHINE ISSUES WITH ONLY TWO GUIDE LINE PAIRS KNOWN.
The experimental Type III 12.3 USAV perforations were used by the New York City firm of Heiman and Zorke in their vending machines, but they did not work properly and were replaced with Perf 8-1/2 coils.
