With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $2,850.00). Only one has graded higher to date (at 98J) and only two others share this grade. A review of the P.S.E. Population Report for the underlying stamp, Scott 508, will also give an indication of its rarity in higher grades.
