2c Carmine (519). Remarkably well-centered, deep color, partial War Bonds slogan cancel (piece from which this stamp was removed accompanies showing balance of cancel)VERY FINE AND CHOICE. THE 2-CENT PERF 11 WITH DOUBLE-LINE WATERMARK IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN SUCH WONDERFUL USED CONDITION.
