Honolulu Paid All Jun. 7" double-circle datestamp, San Francisco double-circle datestamp, red New York exchange circular datestamp, uncommon ship endorsement along top, "U.S. Surveying Ship 'Portsmouth''", No. 33 with closed tear, cover with small edge faults including small opening nick at topFINE APPEARANCE. A VERY RARE HAWAIIAN AND UNITED STATES BANK NOTE ISSUE FRANKING TO PAY THE 6-CENT TREATY RATE FROM HAWAII TO THE U.S. AND THE 8-CENT CLOSED MAIL RATE FROM THE U.S. TO SWITZERLAND.
