Dec. 20" integral-rate circular datestamp on 1861 folded letter Black & White's Va., fresh and Very Fine, unusual cancel, the "5cts" is the "dropped 5" variety which extends below the rim of where the circular datestamp would be, very few are known with this datestamp, with 2000 P.F. certificate
