10c Green, Ty. V (35). Horizontal strip of three, few jammed perfs between left stamps, cancelled by neat penstrokes, red "Alexandria La. May 21" (1861) circular datestamp on cover to Paris, France, red "New York Paid 12 Jun. 1" credit datestamp ties strip as does red framed "P.D." handstamp, slightly reduced at left and missing side flap, Very Fine, a scarce Confederate State Usage of U.S. stamps shortly before postal relations were severed
