EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF THE 4-CENT TRANS-MISSISSIPPI ISSUE. ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE FROM THE TOP PLATE POSITION.

A review of our computerized records indicates we have only offered five other Mint N.H. plate blocks of six or larger, including one intact pane. Of these, only one other was from the top plate number position. The Lilly and Wampler collections also did not contain one.
