VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE LARGEST RECORDED MULTIPLE OF THE 15-CENT TYPE II ON COVER. A WONDERFUL EXHIBITION ITEM.

The franking paid three times the 34c rate via American Packet and thence by British Mails via Panama.
