Oct. 15, 1867" double-circle datestamp on local cover with dove and ribbon address panel, cover with few toned spots and light vertical file fold at left, Fine, a rare cancel which Rohloff calls a Tulip but we think might be a Pumpkin given the time of year it was used, with 2008 P.F. certificate
