12c Dull Violet (151). Original gum, lightly hinged, brilliant color, unusually choice centering for this issue, Extremely Fine appearance, this stamp was the second from the left in the bottom row of the ex-Caspary/Lilly block of eight, it was expertly reperfed at left and bottom to balance margins, but received clear 1992 and 2007 P.F. certificates
