Mint N.H. with bottom selvage, incredibly well-centered, Extremely Fine Gem, with photocopy of 2004 P.F. certificate for plate block, at the time the certificate was issued this stamp was identified as "Scott E11a Gray Blue", there is no such listing in the current catalog but would fit into the E11c "Blue" family, Scott Retail as No. E11c
