With 2004 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $7,600.00). This and one other stamp are the only examples of the 90c 1861 (in any shade) to achieve the P.S.E. Superb 98 grade, which is the highest awarded to date.
