1c Blue, Ty. V (24). Brilliant color, gorgeous centering with balanced Jumbo margins all around incl. top and bottom, unobtrusive cancel leaves entire design clearly visible, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, wide side margins are the norm for Scott 24, but this stamp with wide top and bottom margins is very unusual, with 1998 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $320.00 as 95, $670.00 as 98), this is the highest grade awarded to date by P.S.E., and the only example to achieve this grade
