Essentially perfectly centered, deep rich Plate 4 color, small part of a light circular datestamp leaving the vignette almost cancel free, tiny corner perf crease at bottom left is barely noticeable, still Extremely Fine with 1997 P.S.E. and 2007 P.F. certificates, the former not mentioning the tiny perf crease
