Severely charred cover which is burned away in places, lacking adhesives but with purple on-board cancel clearly visible as well as "Hindenburg" at top left, addressee's name intact, accompanied by original wax bag with U.S. Post Office Department Official Seals, one seal signed and cancelledVERY FINE. A RARE AND IMPORTANT PIECE OF AEROPHILATELY FROM THE WRECK OF THE AIRSHIP HINDENBURG -- ONE OF THE MOST FAMOUS AIR DISASTERS IN HISTORY.
