FINE APPEARANCE. THE 50-CENT PARCEL POST IS THE RAREST OF ALL PARCEL POST PLATE BLOCKS, ESPECIALLY CORRECTLY CONFIGURED WITH THE VALUE IMPRINT.

As an indication of rarity, the last time we offered an imprint and plate no. block of six was in our 1993 Rarities sale. That plate block was also from the right position.
