VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED PLATE BLOCK OF THE 5-CENT KOSCIUSZKO WITHOUT VERTICAL PERFORATIONS. ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE ERROR MULTIPLES OF THE FARLEY ADMINISTRATION.
