THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED PLATE NUMBER EXAMPLE OF THE RARE ONE-CENT PERF 10 X 12 COMPOUND PERFORATION. A MAJOR RARITY IN REMARKABLY CHOICE CONDITION.
