10c Yellow, Bluish (364). Vibrant color on nicely blued paper, bold strike of duplex cancel and trace of circular datestamp at right, unusually choice centering for this difficult issueEXTREMELY FINE. A RARE SOUND AND SUPERBUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
A search of the Philatelic Foundation records of No. 364 yielded approximately fifteen used singles and three used on cover. Virtually all are defective to some degree. The stamp offered here is from The Western Reserve Historical Society collection.
