VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED SINGLE-FRANKING USE OF THE 3-CENT 1902 ISSUE WITH THE U.S. POSTAL AGENCY SHANGHAI MACHINE CANCEL.

Very few examples of the U.S. Postal Agency in Shanghai machine cancel are known. This use on a card with the 3c 1902 is believed to be unique (others are 2c frankings).
