1915, 5c Deep Blue & Black (48). Horizontal strip of four, minor h.r., it appears that the "ZONE" part of the ovpt. on the right stamp is shifted a tiny bit further up in respect to the other three, Very Fine, the left pair exceptionally nice, with 2002 A.P.S. certificate
