Fresh bright color, face-free small bold 1864 datestamp cancels, the 2006 P.F. certificate opines "reperfed at sides" but while we agree the side perfs are slightly off guage compared to the horizontal perfs, we think this could be due to paper shrinkage (the sides match each other perfectly in guage and parallel alignment, and they are too wide to have been reperfed from typical already-perforated stamp), Very Fine appearance, with 1981 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates
