FINE-VERY FINE. A RARE PAIR OF THE 1857 PERFORATED 10-CENT TYPE IV.

There is only one other location on the plate that produced a horizontal pair of Type IV stamps. This pair of positions is more desirable, because the left stamp is the only subject on the plate recut at both top and bottom.
