1c Blue, Ty. IIIa (22). Position 69R4, exceptionally well-centered, wonderful deep rich color, neat circular datestamp, Very Fine and choice, this stamp exhibits a diagonal line which runs from in between the "On" of "One" to the bottom of Franklin's hair, Neinken questions this as a plate crack but we believe it is most likely a plate scratch, with 2002 P.F. certificate
