Plate 12, horizontal pair, left stamp Type II (Relief B), right stamp Type I (Relief C), pretty color, well-struck "New-York Aug. 28" circular datestamp, each stamp with two pulled perfs at bottom which are barely noticeable, Very Fine appearance, still, a beautiful combination pair from Plate 12, misplaced reliefs on this plate produced horizontal pairs containing Type I and Type II, with 1988 and 2006 P.F. certificates, the former not mentioning the perfs
