Unknown Author, 3c Black & Bronze, Re-Use Prevention Essay (79-E4a). Original gum, h.r. folded design similar to 79-E1 with underlying "3" punched out, fresh and virtually intact designEXTREMELY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE ESSAY FOR STAMP RE-USE PREVENTION IN REMARKABLY INTACT CONDITION.
Due to the nature of the prevention methods used on these designs, most surviving examples are not completely intact. Very few are known.
