Slightly tropicalized original gum, bright color with some slight oxidation in the more heavily printed areas, choice centering, single perf with light crease at top not mentioned on accompanying certificate, still Very Fine example of this scarce "Victory" overprint, only 141 were produced, with 1960 P.F. certificate
