Position 50L4, original gum, lightly hinged, incl. selvage with guideline at right, radiant color, single perf added at bottom, otherwise Fine, a stamp of striking appearance, this is a transitional position which changed from Ty. IIIa to Ty. III, due to its centering we cannot identify the type and so offered as a Ty. IIIa, with 1984 P.F. certificate
