A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1898 6-CENT WATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE. THIS STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF 95 BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE GIVEN TO DATE.
