EXTREMELY FINE STRIKE. THIS IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE OF THIS STRIKE RECORDED ON A ONE-CENT STAMP.

In his census, William T. Crowe records sixteen covers with the Rohloff Ty. L-2. This is the only one on a 1c stamp.
