Block of four, Plate 6 or 7, huge margins to barely in incl. wide sheet margin at bottom, tied by unusual circular corks, "Marquoketa Iowa Feb. 5" circular datestamp on rebacked cover front only to Washington D.C.VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A STUNNING USAGE WITH A SHEET MARGIN BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE 3-CENT 1851 ISSUE.
