Mint N.H., pretty pastel colors, unusually wide margins for this issue, post-office fresh and Extremely Fine, this stamp was upgraded by the owner, his previous copy was graded XF-Superb 95 and this is a far superior stamp, with 2000 and 2001 P.F. certificates (the former as a pair)
