Mint N.H., deep rich color on bright paper, Jumbo margins all around, Extremely Fine Gem, a huge stamp, with 2000 P.F. certificate, with 1998 and 2004 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $640.00 as 95 and $1,500.00 as 98), only one stamp has a higher grade in the P.S.E.
