Horizontal pair, Position 49-50L2L, long sawtooth perforations at bottom and s.e. other sides incl. huge margin at right with guideline, "Washington D.C. Dec. 11" circular datestamp, tiny tear at top left not noted on certificate, Very Fine, very little is known about this private perforation, it was originally part of a horizontal strip of four, illustrated in The Chronicle(May 1975, p. 80), ex Alexander, with 2002 P.F. certificate declining opinion
