$2.00 Dark Blue (312). Mint N.H. with right sheet selvage, well-centered and very nicely margined, fresh and crisp with beautiful intense color ##VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A SCARCE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE $2.00 1902 ISSUE AND MORE DESIRABLE WITH THE SHEET MARGIN INTACT.

We have encountered very few Mint N.H. examples of the $2.00 1902 with sheet margins. This stamp comes from an old-time holding in glassines and was probably broken from a multiple.
