Vibrant color as fresh as the day it was printed, almost perfectly centered with Jumbo margins all around, clear strike of Philadelphia circular datestamp, Extremely Fine Gem, ex "Tahoe", with 2008 P.F. and P.S.E. certificates (latter graded XF-Superb 95 Jumbo), only two grade higher (both at 98, one is offered as lot 23 in this sale) and only one other shares this desirable grade
