Mint N.H., near perfect centering with wide margins, fresh color, light natural gum bend mentioned on accompanying certificate, Extremely Fine, with 2016 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90), from a centering perspective this is likely a Superb 98, the gum bend is normal on this stamp but resulted in a downgrade
