EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB PART IMPRINT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1908 5-CENT BLUE IMPERFORATE ISSUE, GRADED GEM 100 BY P.S.E.
Unlike the more common 1c imperforate (Scott 314), a Mint N.H. plate block of which catalogues $325, the supply of 5c multiples that could be cut apart to make high grade singles has always been small.
With 2021 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100). This is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by only three others.
