EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A PHENOMENAL USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1863 24-CENT LILAC, GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 JUMBO BY P.S.E.

With 1982 P.F. and 2004 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo). Only three grade higher (two at 98, one at 98J) and no others share this grade.
