EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A STUNNING MINT NEVER HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 25-CENT PARCEL POST, GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. — ONLY TWO GRADE HIGHER.

With 2022 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98). Only two grade higher (at 98J, we haven't offered once since 2008). Only eight others share this desirable grade. We seem to offer one every 3-4 years, so they are scarce in the marketplace.
