Nov. 5 8:30am 02" duplex datestamp on cover with printed return address for the War Department, to Nagasaki, Japan, purple Nagasaki backstamp, also with "Dead Letter Office 1903 April 21" triangular datestamp, San Francisco and additional dead letter office backstamps, also with purple "Misdirected" and large red "Returned to Writer from Dead Letter Bureau, Manila, P.I." handstamp, minor edgewear, Very Fine, a very unusual use from Manila to Japan then to the U.S. Dead Letter Office in San Francisco and then back to the writer in the Philippines
