Wirz Andersonville Ga.", manuscript notation at top appears to be "Done", stamp with some gum toning and cover with tear at right and missing backflap, otherwise Fine, Henry Wirz was the commandant at the notorious Andersonville prison and was the only Confederate officer executed for his actions during the Civil War
