Sale 1291, Lot 676, Confederate General Issues, cont. (6-13)10c Blue, "TEN" (9). Pretty pastel color of the "TEN", full margins to touched at bottom, cancelled by target cancel with "Natchitoches La. Jul. 31, 1863" circular datestamp on homemade cover to Bellville Tex., soldier's endorsement at top "From Ben T. Harris Co. F, Flourney's Regt, TVI (Texas Volunteer Infantry), McCulloch's Brigade, Walker's Division," bit of edge staining and nicked at bottom with small mend where part of bottom flap was removed, otherwise Fine, with 1995 C.S.A. certificate which shows the stamp affixed over the endorsement at top, we believe its current location on the cover is correct
