Evans, Colorado Territory, central wax stain and minor edgewear, otherwise Very Fine, a wonderful cover combining Hay and Nicolay, who were so integral to Lincoln's presidency, they co-wrote Abraham Lincoln: A History , which was published in ten volumes in 1890
