Horizontal pair, large margins tied by penstrokes, matching "Archer (Fl.) 28" manuscript postmarking without month on cover to Welborn Fla., stamps and cover with some soiling, otherwise Fine, this is the only recorded Confederate use from Archer with stamps, one other stampless is known, illustrated in Briggs book on p. 23
