Horizontal pair, mostly ample margins, small faults, lifted and reaffixed, tied by bold strike of "Tampa Fla. Dec. 28, 1862" circular datestamp on oatmeal cover to Houston Fla., reduced at left, still Fine and extremely rare Tampa circular datestamp, ex Murphy, signed Brian Green who notes "unique", but there is one other example known (see Confederate Philatelist Nov.-Dec. 1991), ex Murphy, illustrated in Briggs book on p. 240
