Dec. 28, 1862" circular datestamp on oatmeal cover to Houston Fla., reduced at left, still Fine and extremely rare Tampa circular datestamp, ex Murphy, signed Brian Green who notes "unique", but there is one other example known (see Confederate Philatelist Nov.-Dec. 1991), ex Murphy, illustrated in Briggs book on p. 240
