Wright, 8th Infantry U.S. Army, Comdg Fort Brooke, Tampa E.F.", with "via Savannah & Pilatkia" directive and "On Service", letter is from a surgeon reporting an egregious offense, his description of said offense includes a corporal of the guard had "the audacity to request my wife to meet him clandestinely the next night", the "scoundrel was confined" and he requests that another guard "who has proper notions of morality and propriety" be sent in his place, file folds, Very Fine and fascinating
